Your Prescription for Convenience
Peachford Hospital is always looking for ways to make it easier for our patients to get the care and treatment they need. Our in-house pharmacy helps us achieve this goal, offering flexibility for patients and families while they’re on our campus. The Peachford Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. to offer you the convenience of returning home with the medications you need. If our medical professionals write a prescription for a patient, the pharmacy will have your medications ready and waiting.
Peachford Pharmacy is located in the Medical Office Building across from the hospital. You can make a request to fill your prescription simply by letting any of our patient care teams know anytime during your stay. Your treatment team will let the pharmacy know to fill your medications before you’re discharged. Medications will be available for pickup, but they can also be delivered to you at the hospital upon discharge at no extra charge if you prepay over the phone.
At the Peachford Pharmacy we can:
- Fill oral medications and administer long-acting injectables
- Dispense Suboxone®
- Provide diabetes counseling
- Offer flu shots and other immunizations
- Bill your insurance and collect any necessary co-pays
We are in-network with most health insurance companies. For more information, visit our Health Insurance Information page. PLEASE NOTE: We are registered with the Georgia Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (GA-PDMP). The only opioids we can dispense are Suboxone® and Subutex®.
