Staying Focused on Healing & Recovery
As I look back over my time as the CEO at Peachford Hospital, I am amazed at our growth. We have expanded our capacity to 246 beds so that we are able to accommodate the needs of our community. On average, we treat over 10,000 patients each year.
Our caring medical staff is a key ingredient in making Peachford a facility where families look to have their mental health and addiction treatment needs met. Our physicians have tenure and experience specializing in child, adolescent, adult and geriatric psychiatry as well as addiction medicine.
Every day, we focus on a team approach that includes daily patient interaction with a psychiatrist and our compassionate nursing staff, family sessions coordinated through our social workers and groups focused on healing and recovery. We have a team of internists who work directly with the psychiatrists to ensure the medical needs of each patient are met. Our onsite nutritionist assists patients who have dietary restrictions and our expressive therapists are continually adding new programs to engage patients in recreational activities, art therapy and even pet therapy.
Our goal is to help make the patients’ experience, from admission to discharge, as pleasant as possible and to give them the tools necessary to be successful once they leave our facility.
If you or your loved one is seeking a place for hope and healing, Peachford can help. You’re not alone. We welcome you to reach out.
Sincerely,
Matt Crouch
Chief Executive Officer
