How to Support your Loved One

We’re honored to serve you and your family’s behavioral healthcare needs. We aim to provide compassionate care that exceeds your expectations — including helping you provide support to your loved one throughout the treatment process.

When a loved one enters a treatment program, staying connected is important, so we have plans and policies in place that were created with both patients and family members in mind. Read on for resources and guidelines to make the most of your visits.

Visitation Schedules

Youth Visiting Hours

Children: Mondays and Wednesdays, 7-8 pm
Adolescents: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7-8 pm
Children & Adolescents: Saturdays and Sundays, 1-2 pm
Phone hours: Children, 8-8:30 pm; Adolescents, 8:30-9 pm

Male and Female Adult Units

Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 pm
Saturdays and Sundays, 2-3 pm

Male and Female Stabilization Unit

Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 pm
Saturdays and Sundays, 1-2 pm

Senior Unit

Mondays and Fridays, 1:30-2:30 pm
Wednesdays, 1:30-2:30 pm and 6:30-7:30 pm
Saturdays and Sundays, 2-3 pm

For safety reasons, visitors must leave the following items in their vehicle:

  • Bags of any kind
  • Cell phones
  • Cigarette lighters and matches
  • Sharp objects

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed on the units during visiting hours. Visitation for patients with children under 12 will be allowed in the staff dining room on Sundays from 3:15-3:45 pm. Only two visitors at a time.

Parenting Classes

Family connection is important to the healing process, but illness can challenge that connection. Past hurts, misunderstandings and miscommunication often get in the way.
