The Lodge at Peachford is an off campus, short-term housing arrangement offered to adult patients in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Peachford. The facility is located approximately three miles from the hospital, and allows patients with transition or transportation issues access to remain in our continuum of care.
Lodge members participate in treatment programs during the day, reside in the off campus housing and participate in aftercare and support groups at the hospital. Meals are provided at the hospital cafeteria. A Peachford staff member monitors the Lodge, even though the members have a significant amount of independence. The cost is nominal and some managed care companies cover the expense of the Lodge. The Lodge is appropriate for men and women over the age of 18 who are transitioning back to their normal routines.
How Do I Arrange Admission to the Lodge?
Since individuals staying in the Lodge participate in the PHP program they may be referred to the Lodge by a general practitioner, psychiatrist, psychologist or other mental health professionals either in private practice or associated with other facilities. Family members or patients themselves may also make inquiries. Many patients step down to PHP and the Lodge after being in our inpatient program.
